The street sign says "Grant Ave," and the architecture, including the brick buildings and the "Open Serve" green box, strongly points to South Africa. The bright, clear sky and vegetation are consistent with the highveld region, likely Johannesburg. The "STOP" markings on the road and the general urban layout are typical of suburban commercial hubs in this area. I am fairly confident this is Norwood, Johannesburg.
