I see Japanese characters ("山本歯科" - Yamamoto Dental Clinic) on the building, confirming I am in Japan. The bus has a specific livery and the text "都営" (Toei), which indicates it is a Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation bus. The architecture and street style are very characteristic of Tokyo's residential or suburban areas. I am quite confident this is in Tokyo.
