The architecture and the desert-like climate with palm trees suggest a location in the Middle East. The curb markings, specifically the black and white paint, are very characteristic of the United Arab Emirates. The style of the house and the bright, harsh sunlight further support this region. I suspect this is a residential neighborhood in a city like Dubai or Abu Dhabi. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
