The view is obscured by a dirty windshield, but I see unpaved, dusty roads typical of many developing regions. The architecture with simple, earth-toned structures suggests a rural or peri-urban environment in East Africa. The lighting and general atmosphere point toward a location like Ethiopia or Kenya. I suspect this is in Ethiopia given the style of the buildings. I am not very sure, but I will proceed to find more clues.

The view remains hazy, but the scene is distinctly urban and dusty. The person in the high-visibility vest suggests road work or traffic management common in developing cities. The architecture looks more substantial now, consistent with mid-sized Ethiopian towns. I am leaning towards Ethiopia, possibly near Addis Ababa or a regional hub. I am moderately sure of the country.

The scene shows a dusty, unpaved road in a densely built-up area with multi-story buildings. The architecture and the general urban layout are very characteristic of Ethiopian towns. The presence of laundry hanging from balconies is a common sight in these regions. I am fairly confident this is in Ethiopia, likely within the Oromia or Amhara regions. I'm ready to make my guess.
