The vehicle in front is a Toyota Crown, a classic Japanese taxi model, and the traffic is moving on the left. The signage features Japanese characters, and the architecture is typical of dense urban areas in Japan. The overall aesthetic, including the pedestrian railings and the specific style of the buildings, points strongly toward a major Japanese city. I suspect this is in Tokyo. I am fairly sure of this location.
