I am flying over a city street where cars drive on the right side. The street sign clearly reads "Werdin Pl," which is a strong indicator of a specific location. The architecture, the urban density, and the general aesthetic strongly suggest a major city in the United States. I suspect this is in Los Angeles, California, specifically near the downtown area. I am quite confident in this assessment.
