The architecture features a mix of historic brick buildings and modern black industrial-style structures, which is common in Australian inner-city suburbs. The vehicles, including the white ute, and the general street layout strongly suggest Australia. I see a Porsche sign on the building, which is a specific landmark. The urban density and style point towards a city like Melbourne or Adelaide. I am fairly confident this is in Australia.
