The architecture and the "El Burro Taqueria" sign strongly point to Cape Town, South Africa, as this is a well-known local establishment. The style of the house and the security fencing are very characteristic of the older, affluent suburbs in the city. The vegetation, including the palm trees reflected in the window, fits the Mediterranean climate of the Western Cape. I am fairly confident in this location.
