The "4-WAY" stop sign and the English text on the "Colorific" and "Arbutus" signs strongly point to North America, likely Canada given the "Arbutus" name. The architecture and the style of the mural suggest an urban, perhaps industrial-turned-commercial area. The wooden utility pole is very characteristic of North American infrastructure. I suspect this is in Vancouver, British Columbia, where the Arbutus Greenway or similar areas exist. I am fairly confident in this location.
