The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, which is standard for North America. The trailer says "Yellowstone Landscape," a company primarily operating in the United States. The architecture and the style of the highway overpass strongly suggest a suburban or urban environment in the Midwestern or Eastern United States. The tall apartment buildings in the distance, combined with the highway infrastructure and the lush green embankment, strongly resemble the Lake Shore Drive area in Chicago. The concrete barriers and the specific style of the overpass are characteristic of Chicago's expressway system. The vegetation and the overcast sky are consistent with a Midwestern summer. I am quite confident this is Chicago, Illinois.

I am very sure.
