The architecture features classic Chicago-style greystone and brick apartment buildings with bay windows, which is very characteristic of the city. The street layout and signage style are consistent with typical North American urban planning. The "For Lease" sign has a phone number starting with 773, which is a well-known area code for Chicago, Illinois. I am very confident this is in Chicago.
