The prominent mountain in the background is unmistakably Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa. The architecture, vegetation, and clear sky are consistent with the Cape Town area. The road layout and urban development suggest a residential neighborhood overlooking the city bowl or the slopes of the mountain. I am very confident in this location.
