The yellow double center line and the general road infrastructure are highly characteristic of Brazil. The architecture, the specific style of the utility poles with their dense wiring, and the vegetation strongly point towards a South Brazilian city. The presence of a "cone" and a small sign on the side of the road suggests a suburban or urban residential area. I suspect this is in a city like Curitiba or a similar southern Brazilian urban center. I am reasonably sure of this location.
