The street features cars parked on the right and a distinct industrial, graffiti-covered building style. The presence of a "PayByPhone" sign suggests a North American urban setting. The bright, clear sky and palm-tree-like silhouettes in the distance point toward a warmer climate, likely Florida. The overall aesthetic is highly characteristic of the Wynwood Art District in Miami. I am fairly confident in this location.
