The street scene shows right-hand traffic and a sign reading "Cesar Vallejo," which is a common name in Peru. The metadata at the bottom explicitly states "Peru" and "Lima," along with coordinates. The architecture and the bustling urban environment are consistent with Lima. I am very sure of this location.
