The architecture features distinct arched colonnades on both sides of the street, which is characteristic of certain Italian cities. I see a McDonald's sign, and the general urban layout suggests a major European city center. The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The style of the buildings and the overall atmosphere strongly point towards Rome, Italy. I am fairly confident this is near the Termini station area.
