The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. I see a "Blenz Coffee" shop and a street sign that says "Denman Market," which is very specific. The banners on the poles mention "West End," a well-known neighborhood. These clues point strongly to Vancouver, Canada. I am very sure of this location.
