I see a "Maison Birks" store, which is a prominent Canadian luxury jewelry retailer. The reflection in the window shows a classic North American yellow school bus. The architecture and the high-end retail environment suggest a major Canadian city center. I am fairly confident this is in a downtown area of a large Canadian city like Toronto or Vancouver.

I suspect this is in Canada, likely Toronto. I am 80% sure.
