I am flying over a city street. The street sign clearly reads "Richards St," which is a strong clue. The architecture, the trolley wires overhead, and the general urban layout strongly suggest a North American city. The presence of a "Currency Exchange" and the specific style of the street signs point towards Vancouver, Canada. I am quite confident in this location.
