The street sign says "Drake St," which is a strong indicator of a major Canadian city. The architecture features modern high-rise glass towers typical of dense urban cores. The traffic lights and road markings are consistent with North American standards. I see a green bike lane painted on the road, which is very common in Vancouver. I am quite sure this is Vancouver, British Columbia.
