The traffic lights and overhead wires suggest a North American city with trolleybuses, likely Vancouver. The green building and the specific style of the utility pole with stickers are characteristic of the Vancouver area. The road markings and the general urban layout align with a busy intersection in British Columbia. I am fairly confident this is in Vancouver, Canada.
