The driving side is on the right, and the road markings are standard North American white lines. The parking sign uses the blue "P" symbol common in Canada and the US, with pricing in dollars. The modern glass high-rise architecture and the density strongly suggest a major Canadian city like Vancouver. The "Forward Together" text on the construction barrier is a slogan often associated with Vancouver municipal campaigns. I am fairly confident this is downtown Vancouver.
