The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The signs are in English and feature a "City Square" shopping center, which is a strong landmark. The architecture and the overcast, cool-weather aesthetic suggest a North American city, likely in Canada given the style of the street signs and the general urban layout. I suspect this is Vancouver, British Columbia, specifically near the City Square mall on Cambie Street. I am quite confident in this location.
