The driving side is on the right, and the road markings are standard North American style. The signs are in English, and I see a "True Confections" shop which is a known brand in Vancouver. The architecture and street layout strongly suggest a suburban or urban center in British Columbia, Canada. The overall atmosphere and the specific business names point towards the Kitsilano neighborhood in Vancouver. I am quite confident in this location.
