The driving is on the right side of the road, which is standard for North America. The modern, glass-heavy skyscrapers and the specific design of the "Living Shangri-La" tower in the background are iconic to Vancouver. The lush greenery and temperate climate further support this location. I am very confident this is downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.
