The image metadata explicitly states "Philippines" and "Manila," along with coordinates. The driving side is on the right, which is consistent with the Philippines. The tropical vegetation, the presence of an elevated highway structure, and the specific style of the Toyota Innova and Hiace vehicles strongly support this location. I am very confident in this assessment.
