The text at the bottom of the image is in Vietnamese, specifically mentioning "Tư vấn Quy hoạch, Giá nhà đất" (Planning consultancy, real estate prices). The architecture features modern, glass-clad skyscrapers typical of a rapidly developing urban center. The lush, tropical vegetation and the overall atmosphere strongly suggest a major city in Vietnam. Given the modern skyline and the specific branding, I suspect this is in the Thu Thiem area of Ho Chi Minh City. I am quite confident in this location.
