The text "100 JAHRE GANZ MEINS" on the building is a strong indicator of German-speaking Europe, specifically Austria given the architectural style. The Wolt delivery bag confirms a major European city. The architecture, with its grand, light-colored facades and urban layout, is highly characteristic of central Vienna. I am quite confident this is near a public square or park in Vienna.
