The driving side is on the right, which is standard for the United States. The "Tierra Caliente" taqueria truck and the urban architecture, including the high-rise buildings and light rail tracks, strongly suggest a major US city. The sign mentioning "Convention Ctr" and "Crypto.com Arena" points directly to downtown Los Angeles. The specific intersection and building style confirm this is near the heart of the city. I am very sure of this location.
