I see a street sign for "Dunsmuir St" and another for "Burrard St". The architecture and the distinctive green-roofed building in the background strongly resemble the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. This is clearly in the downtown core of a major North American city. Given the street names and the iconic hotel, I am confident this is Vancouver, Canada.
