I see a Tim Hortons truck, which is a massive clue pointing directly to Canada. The street signs and urban architecture, including the high-rise buildings and overhead trolley wires, are characteristic of downtown Vancouver. The driving side is on the right, consistent with North American traffic laws. I am quite confident this is in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Country: Canada, City: Vancouver. Confidence: High.
