I see a sign that says "Dépanneur 911," which is a term used specifically in Quebec, Canada for a convenience store. The architecture and the style of the street intersection strongly suggest an urban area in Montreal. The road markings and general infrastructure are consistent with North American standards. I am fairly confident this is in Montreal, Quebec.
