The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The architecture, including the distinct modern glass building on the left, strongly suggests a North American city. The yellow traffic signals and the style of the street signs are very characteristic of Canada. I suspect this is Vancouver, British Columbia, given the specific design of the building and the urban layout. I am quite confident in this location.
