The street sign clearly displays "Minsheng E. Rd. Sec. 5," which is a major thoroughfare in Taipei, Taiwan. The presence of traditional Chinese characters, the specific style of traffic lights, and the heavy prevalence of scooters are classic indicators of Taiwan. The architecture and urban density are also very characteristic of the Songshan District in Taipei. I am very confident in this location.
