The architecture and the distinctive red-lit building in the distance strongly suggest Gastown in Vancouver, Canada. The phone number on the building sign starts with 604, which is the area code for the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The streetscape, with its vintage-style street lamps and brick buildings, is iconic to this area. I am very confident in this location.
