The street signs and the "Vende" sign indicate a Spanish-speaking country. The architecture, the "Minimarket" style, and the specific vehicle models like the Renault Symbol and the white SUV point strongly towards Argentina. The phone number format on the "Vende" sign (+54) confirms Argentina. I suspect this is in a major urban area, likely Buenos Aires.
