I am flying over a street with Portuguese signage, such as "ALUGA" on a building, which strongly points to Brazil. The architecture, dense overhead power lines, and the "E" parking prohibition sign are very characteristic of Brazilian urban areas. The high-rise buildings in the distance suggest a major city. I suspect this is in a neighborhood like Jardins or Pinheiros in São Paulo. I am fairly sure of this location.
