The road markings and the style of the white truck suggest a European setting. The architecture of the industrial-looking buildings in the distance feels typical of Northern or Central Europe. The trees and the overcast sky point toward a temperate climate during autumn. I suspect this is in a suburban or industrial area of a city in France or a neighboring country. I am somewhat confident in this assessment.

The road layout and the green chain-link fencing surrounding the park area are very characteristic of urban planning in France. The street lighting poles and the general overcast, autumnal atmosphere reinforce this impression. The wide, somewhat desolate industrial-adjacent road suggests a location on the outskirts of a major city. I am fairly certain this is in the Île-de-France region, likely near Paris. I am moderately confident in this location.
