The scene shows a European-style urban street at night with classic architecture and zebra crossings. The architecture, including the balconies and building style, strongly suggests Italy. The street layout and lighting are characteristic of a dense Italian city center. I suspect this is somewhere in Milan or a similar northern Italian city. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
