The street sign clearly indicates "NE 21 ST," which is characteristic of the street naming conventions in Miami, Florida. The presence of palm trees, modern mid-rise architecture, and a "Braman Exotic Vehicles" dealership strongly points to the Edgewater or Midtown area of Miami. The driving side is on the right, consistent with the United States. The clear, bright sky and tropical vegetation further support a South Florida location. I am very confident this is in Miami.
