I am flying over a city street with right-hand traffic and North American-style architecture. I see a sign for "Zanies" and another for "State St Barbers" which explicitly mentions "in Chicago". The "Old Town" sign further confirms this is likely the Old Town neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. The architecture and the cloudy, overcast sky are very characteristic of a Chicago winter. I am very confident in this location.
