The curb style and the lush, overgrown vegetation suggest a temperate, possibly oceanic climate common in places like New Zealand or the UK. The stone wall topped with dense ivy is characteristic of older residential suburbs. The overall atmosphere feels quiet and suburban. I suspect this is in New Zealand, possibly around Auckland. I am not very sure yet.

The yellow road markings on the curbs are a strong indicator of South Africa. The hilly terrain and the specific style of the concrete bollards and fences point towards a coastal city like Cape Town. The vegetation, including the trees, looks very much like the flora found in the Western Cape. I am becoming quite confident that this is in a residential area of Cape Town.
