The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The signage and street layout, particularly the style of the buildings and the urban density, strongly suggest a major Brazilian city. I see a sign mentioning "SÉRGIO," which is a common Portuguese name. The architecture and the specific urban vibe are very characteristic of São Paulo, specifically the Avenida Paulista area. I am fairly confident in this location.
