The road markings and the general infrastructure, including the street lighting and the modern office building, suggest a European setting. The traffic is driving on the right side, which is standard for most of the continent. The sky is overcast with a cool, northern European feel. I suspect this is in Germany or a neighboring country given the vehicle styles and the architecture. I am moderately sure this is in Germany.

The speed limit sign showing "60" in a red circle is typical for many European countries, including Germany. The architecture of the office buildings and the lighting poles are very consistent with German industrial or business parks. The overcast sky and the general landscape feel like a northern European plain. I am fairly confident this is in Germany, likely in an area like the outskirts of Berlin or a similar city.
