The architecture and the mountain peak visible in the distance strongly suggest Cape Town, South Africa. The "Stacked" sign on the building confirms this location, as it is a known establishment in the area. The style of the buildings and the overall atmosphere are characteristic of the Gardens or Tamboerskloof neighborhoods. I am very confident in this assessment.

Country: South Africa, City: Cape Town.
