I am flying through a tunnel with distinct yellow and black wall markings. The road markings indicate traffic is keeping to the right. The tunnel architecture and lighting style are quite modern and well-maintained. This looks like a major urban tunnel, possibly in a European or East Asian city. I suspect this is in Italy, perhaps near Milan or Rome, given the tunnel aesthetic.

I am 20% sure.

The wall clearly displays "Hallepoorttunnel" and "Tunnel porte de Hal." This confirms the location is Brussels, Belgium, as the Porte de Hal is a well-known historic gate in the city. The signage is in both Dutch and French, which is standard for the Brussels-Capital Region. I am now very confident in this identification.

I am 95% sure.
