The road markings and the red metal railings on the bridge are characteristic of Spanish highways. The dry, scrubby vegetation and the bright, clear sky suggest a Mediterranean climate, likely in the central plateau of Spain. The graffiti on the concrete barriers is also very common in Spanish urban periphery areas. I suspect this is near Madrid. I am 60% sure.

The wide, multi-lane highway with concrete barriers and red railings confirms this is a major Spanish road. The dry, golden-brown landscape is typical of the Meseta Central surrounding Madrid. The road geometry and infrastructure look like the M-40 or a similar ring road circling the capital. I am now 85% sure this is in the Madrid metropolitan area.
