The architecture, street signs, and the general atmosphere strongly suggest a Mediterranean city, specifically in Italy. The presence of a "Hotel" sign and the style of the buildings point toward a tourist-heavy urban area. The language on the signs is Italian. I am fairly confident this is Naples, Italy, near the port area.
