The road markings and the yellow-and-black concrete barriers are highly characteristic of urban infrastructure in Colombia. The red brick architecture of the apartment buildings is extremely common in Bogotá, especially in the northern or hilly residential districts. The overcast, rainy weather and the lush vegetation also align perfectly with the high-altitude climate of the Colombian capital. I am fairly confident this is Bogotá, Colombia.

The yellow-and-black chevron signs and the concrete barriers are standard for sharp curves on major roads in Bogotá. The tall, red brick residential buildings are iconic to the city's skyline, particularly in the northern sectors like Usaquén or Chapinero. The rainy, overcast conditions are very typical of the Bogotá savanna climate. I am very certain this is Bogotá, Colombia.
