The yellow traffic sign clearly says "LINHA FÉRREA," indicating Portuguese language, which points to Brazil. The architecture and the style of the sign are very characteristic of Brazilian urban residential areas. The double yellow line in the center suggests two-way traffic. I am quite confident this is in Brazil. I suspect this is in a city like São Paulo or a similar major urban center.

The yellow traffic sign with the signal icon is a standard Brazilian warning sign for upcoming traffic lights. The dense tree canopy and the style of the parked cars, including the Volkswagen Gol and Chevrolet Onix, are very typical of a Brazilian residential neighborhood. The road markings and the overall infrastructure confirm this is definitely Brazil. I am fairly certain this is in the southern or southeastern region of the country, possibly Curitiba given the vegetation and architecture.
